Emily is a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Vermont State University, currently completing her clinical training under the supervision of Erin Aliquo, LCMHC.

She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity, honesty, and support.

Her work is grounded in a person-centered philosophy and informed by trauma-aware and body-based perspectives. She affirms neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ identities and considers the broader contexts that shape each person’s life, including relationships, culture, and systemic influences. Emily integrates a range of approaches, including mindfulness, strengths-based work, and meaning-focused exploration, to meet each client’s unique needs.

Emily works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, parenting and postpartum experiences, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. She values building a strong, genuine therapeutic connection and aims to support clients in developing insight, resilience, and a greater sense of alignment in their lives.
